Scripta Ethnologica Nueva Epoca
Scripta Ethnologica Nueva Epoca is a biannual (January-June / July-December) open access publication (all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution, allowing the full text of the articles to be read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, searched or linked to, or used for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or author, according to the BOAI definition of open access). It addresses socio-cultural issues in anthropology, sociology, political science, social work, psychology, cultural studies and religion.
About the Journal
Semiannual open access journal edited since 1976 by the Argentine Center for American Ethnology (Buenos Aires-Argentina), indexed periodically, adhering to international criteria of quality, positioning, periodicity and online availability. A new era begins with the association of Revista Mitologicas, published in 1985.
Scripta Ethnologica Nueva Época aims to disseminate research, thematic reviews, and essays on socio-cultural issues prepared by the national, regional and international scientific and academic community. It publishes content in Spanish, English and Portuguese, in anthropology, sociology, political science, social work, psychology, cultural studies and religion.
The contents published by the Journal are aimed at specialized audiences and the general public to contribute to the construction of knowledge, strengthen research networks and generate broader exchanges with the global community.
